Payment Guidelines & Important Notes

SIBT Guidelines

1. Approved Payment Channels

Fees are paid strictly through KCB Bank (Acc: 1304088928, Kerugoya Branch) or M-PESA Paybill (Business: 522533, Acc: 8019499, Name: Sanfields School LTD).

2. No Cash or Personal Cheques

The college will not accept cash payments and personal cheques under any circumstances for student safety and accounting transparency.

3. Sponsor, CDF & County Bursary Funds

All cheques and official forwarding letters from CDFs, County bursary funds, and sponsors must be brought and delivered directly to the college accounts office.

4. Accommodation & Hostel Facilities

Accommodation is not guaranteed by the college. The fee payable is Ksh 12,500 per semester. This must be paid through approved channels on a first come first served basis.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Fees once paid are NOT refundable or transferable to other individuals.

6. 50/50 Fee Payment Plan

Fees payment plan: full fees on registration day or two installments: 50% on registration day and the balance of 50% by the 8th week of the semester.

7. Graduation, Gown & Alumni Fees

Graduation fee, gown hire, and alumni fees are payable before graduation and are therefore not included in the standard tuition fee structure.

8. Industrial Attachment Fees

Attachment fees will be paid by students required to undertake industrial or clinical attachment as specified in the curriculum.

9. International Students (Non-East-African)

Foreign students (Non-East-African citizens) to pay 20% more of the tuition fees.
