Key Requirements & Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, or another relevant Health Sciences field from a recognised institution.
• At least 3 years' relevant teaching and/or administrative experience, preferably in a TVET or health training institution.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to prepare academic and administrative reports.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
